Factory tour: Witness quality and efficiency firsthand
Led by our production and engineering teams, the clients toured our factory in Dongguan, learning about every key step from raw material processing to finished product testing. The visit aimed to comprehensively showcase our rigorous quality control system and advanced manufacturing capabilities.
First, they visited our R&D center. Our team of over 30 engineers demonstrated our latest technological achievements, explaining how we integrate cutting-edge technologies such as intelligent temperature control, overload protection, and remote monitoring to ensure product safety and performance—precisely what many consumers and businesses value most.
Following this, we toured the production workshop, learning about automated assembly lines, precision testing equipment, and standardized operating procedures. Our team detailed our stringent raw material inspection process—selecting only high-quality components that meet UL and RoHS standards to ensure product durability and reliability.
Our team also demonstrated various tests, including withstand voltage testing, insulation performance testing, temperature resistance testing, and compatibility testing with US electric vehicle models such as Tesla. We emphasized that each charger undergoes more than ten quality checks before leaving the factory to ensure 100% compliance with US standards, completely eliminating any customer concerns about product defects or safety hazards. The customer also learned that we have obtained ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications, further demonstrating our commitment to quality and sustainability.
