R&D & Design Compliance: Products are designed in strict accordance with IEC 62196 and GB/T 20234 standards to avoid potential risks in electrical safety, mechanical protection and environmental adaptability. Raw Material Control: We have established a complete supplier access and dynamic evaluation mechanism. Core components such as terminals, cables and insulating materials are sourced from high-quality qualified brands. Every incoming batch of raw materials undergoes comprehensive testing to eliminate potential quality risks from the source.
Standardized Production: Key production procedures are fully traceable with strict implementation of SOP. Every EV CHARGER undergoes a series of rigorous tests, including 10,000 insertion-extraction cycle tests, 2500V withstand voltage tests, and -40℃ to +85℃ high and low temperature cycle tests, ensuring stable performance and long service life.
